Background: There isn't much of anything known about Tobias to anyone but Ryuko other than he's not quite as old as Ryuko. He and Ryuko have been close friends through the ages, since before Ryuko made his clan. In fact, Tobi was the first one Ryuko mentioned the idea to. Naturally, Tobi supported this idea, and thus, also because one of the first members of the Inori clan.
Tobias has never been the bravest of folks. In fact, he's not that much of a fighter at all. You could easily say he's a bookworm, though that would be putting it lightly. Tobi practically lives for literary works. To him, stories, both fictional and nonfictional, are worth being told, deserve to be told. This led him to becoming the clan's records keeper; glorified librarian, is how many liked to put it.
He travels a lot, for the sake of the clan, collecting information, stories, for their archives. He and Ryuko have been through a lot together, and despite the fact he's not much of a fighter, he would still gladly give his life for him.
Tobi always tries to have a positive attitude, and when it comes to working, he puts his all into it, completely immersed in either writing or reading. When he's not working, he's actually a pretty sweet and outgoing guy, if a bit light spoken. When it comes to women, however, he can be quite shy. Women make him nervous. Especially when it comes to women he's attracted to, he becomes a blushing, stuttering mess. He may even begin to sweat a little.
