Going to be away for a while but you're afraid of getting kicked out? No worries! Just post here to be put on hiatus status! Here's how it works
You're going to fill out this super simple form:
Then, you'll post it here, in code form. If you don't know how to manually insert the BBC for posting something in code, that's okay. Instead of doing quick reply, do a full reply by clicking on the reply button at the bottom of the thread. In full reply mode, there will be an "Insert Code" button located at the top with your tools marked with a "C" in a black bordered white box.
You must post it in code form for easy copying and pasting!
Once you've done this, it will be added to the Hiatus list below.
The longest you may go on hiatus is a month. This may be extended under certain circumstances. However, even under these circumstances, the longest I can allow is two months. If you need any more time away than that, then I would suggest leaving the roleplay, with notice of course. You'll be allowed back at any point in time once things have settled for you.
Something important you must note: If you don't come back within 48 hours after the listed hiatus end date, you'll be sent a message to the email you used to make your account, or possibly on some other social service (i.e. Skype). You will be given another 48 hours to reply or sign in and send me a private message letting me know you've returned, or that you've received my email. If this does not occur, another message will be sent to you, and you'll be given another 48 hours to reply. If this again does not happen, your characters and accounts will be deleted, and you'll not be allowed to rejoin the roleplay.
If you notice, this is a three strike system. Three strikes and you're out, right?
Usually I wouldn't go to such an extreme as never allowing you back ever (of course, this does depend on the offense(s) in question) but if you're unable to communicate with me over something as simple as this, then what's the point, right? And if you can't return or at least reply to a message over the course of six whole days, then that tells me you don't actually want to be here. Why would I welcome back someone who doesn't really want to be here in the first place? Hopefully, it won't ever come to that! After all, I want this to be a fun place!
If you ever need some extra time on your hiatus for serious/personal reasons, all you have to do is shoot me a private message, and you're time will be extended.
